I just saw a little humor in your shorting question and than did a little DD and saw you were an "experienced shorter". To answer your question which was completed via a P.M. Please consider that many stock brokerage firms are not only servicing accounts from the US but in Canada and other countries as well. One may and can use a non US account to short a OTCBB stock using a firm which also trades in the US. My last comment is why does E*Trade have a thread about how bad they suck, if in fact as you say, "they seem to work well"! Good Luck, Roy
