Jack, I agree with you completely. I sold Friday to buy other stocks, but if I'm given a vote I'll vote no. I also support what JDN is doing.

Btw, if you want to talk cheap, look at the better video game stocks. We're talking 10-15 PEs in an industry that usually averages mid-twenties. Industry is growing (albeit in a transition phase) and these two companies have an excellent lineup: THQI and AKLM.

Traditionally, the time to buy video game makers is in the summer and sell them in December during the big Christmas season.

FWIW,
Marc

Dear jack: You and I are in TOTAL agreement on this BUT I suggest that you carefully read the assumptions used by Prudential in evaluating TAVA. You will find that all the OLD stuff is in there and when averaged against what you said value comes way down. Also they gave some crap about NOT SURE that CLIENTS will stick, possibly Capital needs, possibly unable to hire proper people. IF that is what TAVA told them, then just MORE LIES to somebody. We ALL remember Jenkins saying "not accepting contracts unless Companies agree to CONTINUING relationship", "No trouble hiring, finding all the people we need", how about, "work we are doing now is the TIP of the Iceberg, ie BANDAGES for now, meat of the work AFTER 2,000. I am sure you all can add even more. Problem is HOW DO YOU GET A JUDGE to listen??????? American justice---PHEW! JDN
