Thanks for that, I'll do a 'crawl and read up on it. FWIW - greed and emotion as far aside as possible - I personally think that oil (WTI) will not dip below $14 for a long time, unless someone in OPEC comes unhinged and opens'er up. Not a likely scenario in my opinion, as the evidence now is plain that their cash flows have benefited, and that compliance is indeed enforceable.
