I am just aware of the method they chose to convert preferred to common. I would assume that the insiders that stepped-up were the same insiders that owned the preferred. And I like you do not for a minute dislike insider ownership, although I do very much object to owning stock in a company where the insiders represent anything near 50 percent ownership either directly or indirectly. And from what you posted it was obvious to me that the ownership was being controlled very close.
