Gee, I don't really enjoy street sex fairs very much, Del. In San Francisco they tend to be mostly big scary guys wearing only tiny bits of leather. Certainly, there is not much there for committed heterosexuals, unless they are voyeurs. I do think our sex store, Good Vibrations--you know, the one with the vibrator museum--is a nice, peaceful place to go to explore erotic themes. And I think the Renaissance Pleasure Faire is a TOTAL turn on. Well, at least it turns me on. I was tempted to jump my husband behind a tree on a warm fall day there, with eucalyptus leaves swaying in the wind, colorful banners and streamers flying off the branches, Elizabethan music playing, me having drunk a couple of glasses of mead . . . but I digress! I actually think public sex fairs like the one I assume you are talking about, which is called the Folsom Street Fair, shouldn't be held. It does nothing but harm to the gay community, and gives the religious right video footage to use against them which truly IS offensive. I realize that part of the psychodrama right now with gays in San Francisco is that it is exhilirating to be public about their sexuality because it is still hidden in most places, but I hope that at whatever time in the future they feel more free, they will start behaving more responsibly, because right now this hurts them in many ways. Basically I think that ANYONE should be able to hold hands in public, and hug and kiss, gay, straight, whatever. Beyond that, I think private sexual display should stay private.

Ya, the Christians are wimps. Boy , are you strong and brave for that comment...woooo can we see your muscles?? I know one little lady in Colorado that stood up in the face of a mad gunman and asked who was a Christian, and got killed for it, would you like to tell her family she is a wimp......you any braver big man? I could also give you page after page of Christians that were torn apart both by man and animal, scorched until dead, and every other torture imaginable because they would not denounce Christ, how about you big man? dan
