Zeev,
It would be interesting to find out the number, as I tend to
disagree, simply because except for a spike in '97, the
warrants have spent a good portion of the last few years
being at or out of the money. It was only on this latest run over
$20 that warrant holders were strongly motivated to
exercise. Furthermore, astute investors who understood the
warrant call terms probably suspected the company would
attempt to force
the warrant holders hand, and were waiting for the required
run to $24+. Speculation on my part, but my guess is a large
number of unexercised warrants.
