To anyone:

NPEC had a run to .28 and now it's trading at .10. Why the drop?
Can anyone speculate on what the stock will do in the next few months? Should I be buying here at .10 or is this stock a dud?
Please advise.

Paper work will be (if it already hasn't) filed with the SEC for the IPO of Medinah Gold stock in the near future

For a Bulletin Board listing? That seems rather unlikely, given the reporting requirements and the audit that would entail. A Pink Sheet listing may be a possibility, though (I haven't looked to closely) even that exemption may not be available to newly listed companies.
