I was puzzled by the paragraph from the recent FCM PR stating: "Together, these compatible systems mark a breakthrough in networking in that Franklin can deliver to the Consumer market clear through to the Telephone Company and large Enterprise markets. Our first order for the Breeze was placed by USATalks today for 1,000 systems" Suppose USATalks was still deep in trouble with SEC, I don't see how they would be ordering 1000 systems from FCM. Also, I don't think FCM would accept this new order if there was any problem with the previously unpaid merchandise delivered by FCM to USATalks.... I have done an Alta-Vista search for "USATalks" and I came up with their webpage:usatalks.com I have found their IR contact: Investor Releations Department Voice: (619) 546-0550 E-mail: investorrelations@usatalks.com There is a paragraph on that webpage: The stock is currently being traded on the pink sheet listing. usatalks.com, Inc. is in the process of re-applying to trade on NASDAQ by filing form 15C211 which is required filing by all companies who have had trading suspended by the SEC. Because ustalks.com, Inc. does not consider the current market information on the pink sheets reliable information, we do not have a link to check current stock prices. Please contact your broker for a stock price. The company expects trading on NASDAQ OTC:BB shortly and we will keep our investors informed through future press releases. USA Talks.com, Inc.® is traded on the NASDAQ Bulletin Board (OTC. BB: USAT). The company is currently in the process of qualifying for trading on the NASDAQ National List, and working hard to fulfill it's potential as a leader in Internet Telephony. This all might be not new to the long time investors on this thread, but I find all this thought-stimulating. Witold
