Ditchdigger, How can you get 5.5 Million out of stock worth 4.2 Million? If there were 70 Million publicly trading shares at 6 cents the Market Cap would be 4.2 Million! Your assumption defies simple Logic! Explain how you can get 5.5 million out of stock that is worth a total of 4.2 Million! Without an up-side play it can't be done! Simple Math! Best, Ed P.S. If they were the ones doing it they wouldn't even recover their original investment!
