Yes, I was hoping to discover something
like that--would love for Ariad to make
some surprise announcement so I could
post the PR over on the Cancer thread.
Of course the last line at that first
link was what caught me eye--The loss
of this binding, as a result of different
mutations, can lead to a constitutively
active Src molecule and cancer.

I'm real happy SmallCaps is covering a
few biotechs--and thrilled that they're
ones I own*. I would really enjoy a
more active participation by them--more
than just posting the url to their PR
or research. But I wont complain...free
is a very good price. As long as this is
not some crummy 'frontrunning' outfit, but
that does not seem to be the case.

Anybody here going to the annual meeting?
I am not going to fly all the way across
the country to vote my little handful of
shares--especially since it does not look
like there is anything interesting to vote
on (just the formality of voting for the
4M+ shares which need to be issued).

Remember at the end of Brave New World when
that fellow runs of whipping himself, yeah,
you get the idea...that's me punishing myself
for indulging in these great microcaps with
all the exciting technology.

Seriously though, if somebody from the thread
still has his shares, or at least held some
on 5/12/99--maybe he could go to the meeting,
root around, and ask a few pointed questions?
