The small fee* i-Escrow charges for their service is worth the peace of mind that you'll get by knowing your transaction will be secure.* I am not sure if I would consider 5% small. CKFR can handle the financial part of the escrow arrangement for less than the price of the stamp the escrow company would use to forward on the check to the seller, and could verify the funds are good prior to releasing the money; hence no need for cashier's checks! As is becoming evident in the net economy, the consumer wins. Erik
