Guys I appreciate the the compliments, I spent a couple of years on Wall Street, watching the things that took place, and most company CEO I have ever seen has this attitude how can I make money when they should should have the attitude how can I make the company and the shareholders money ... in other words many times asking the shareholders to sacrafice, because of management's in-abilities. My approach is 180 degrees opposite of this mentality. How can CVIA and its shareholders make money. One reason we are only getting back to your breakeven point is because, much of the time between last August and this June we were forced to take things much slower, until we could raise capital while offering the shareholders a fair shake, not dilution... Dilution was the one major reason we refused to sale stock no matter how bad things looked. Now that we have the working capital and establishing a nice track record (chart) things are getting easier and moving along much faster, so you should start seeing even more positive results in a shorter time frames. Alot of past declarations are now at the execution and follow through stages. We are preparing the Preferreds to come up trading, this will be at least a $2,500,000 offering. I know some of you guys had your feathers ruffled when we didnt forward split them... so yes we did ask for a small concession, but the current price justified this move, so when these do come up and trading, you all are still in the black by at least 75% to 100% per share. If the offering goes well... the money that is recieved will go to continued exapnsion and projects, that will continue to bring new value into all the stock. Thats the way all this was planned from the beginning and the reason I asked you all to be patient and watch how this unfolds, which you guys did, now comes the rewards of this patience you all exersised. Anyhow I started on Wall Street and I plan on ending on Wall Street and the OTC d*amned sure aint Wall Street <LOL>. Making the company and the shareholders money. One sentence and one motive. KAA
