<< As for the size of the increase in float, if the $40 million in redeemable were all converted at today's price that would be 10.5 million new shares, which is much more than 1%. >>

Ah cmon, Carl! Obviously I meant per quarter.

Your other points are all well taken, in my opinion.I wish the debt were not there myself ...normally with small caps I strongly prefer companies with virtually no debt...really cuts risk. But there it is and it could have some effect as you say. My personal guess is that if they execute well it will prove negligible in effect. If they don't, it could sharply exacerbate valuation problems, as you say. I wouldn't personally have the guts to trade on any convertible theories

but I am hard headed ( or hard topped) about such things.

Thanks for the reminders on RNWK ( price to revenues about 58-1 Were wayyy over 100-1) and VDAT ( after mighty large correction from 49 down to 19- price to revenues is a modest, for a net stock, 35-1 ...but the company is losing alot of money and revenues declined the last three quarters from 1.2 to 1.1 to 1 million - the quarter before that only $300,000 in revenues. So losing money way in excess of its total revenues .....small sales flat...and the market STILL gave them a price to sales of 90-1 not long ago. May the market reward the AXC and AENTV and TVontheWeb channels in a similar or richer manner someday. Fingers and toes crossed - so far I do like their chances myself.
