Gary, I think that is the master plan. QWST is the stalking horse for BLS. Eventually, BLS and QWST will combine, and hopefully will have FRO and USW in the stable. BLS will provide whatever muscle and $$$ they legally can to make this happen. We are in the 3rd or 4th inning of this game. I think USW will eventually go for a lot highere price than has been mentioned so far. larry
