I got juniper e-mail on my isp account, but never recieved it on my cell phone which is what I rely on when I can't be in front of a computer. I ended up missing the window by 2 hours. This is the first one I didn't get on my phone in the couple of months I've been with wit, maybe 25% never come on my isp. E-mail is not 100% reliable and for that reason I wish they would modify the allocation process as I am sure some have not recieved allocations in issues they could of had due to delayed e-mail or e-mail lost in the void.
