Yes, you sent Mama Bear an ad that could be construed as a banner ad.

Do you think it is possible that an argument can be made in a court of law that the ad in question is in fact a banner ad.

If not, please give me the minimum requirements that a solicitation must meet in order to be considered a banner ad in a court of law as I surely don't know the minimum requirements.
