For whatever it is worth, ETrade has stopped showing LEAH by its ID # and once again is calling it LEAH Industries, and treating it as a trading security again. Also, for lack of something else, I guess, ETrade is listing it on the quotes as being on the NASDAQ SM exchange --False, though I'm sure, because there is still not a single document from LEAH over on Edgar. -Patiently awaiting something real.

MTHONER , I think you are beating a dead horse here asking us whether or not D&T is currently engaged to do their financials. No one here knows with complete certainty. It is all based on what the company has stated, and they have stated that D&T was the one working on the audit. Is it true? We will see. I think alot of us are waiting with baited breath for the audit just like you. Your questions are good, but can only be answered by the company. Any trades today??? Regards
