No, lisa, he would not be a poor CEO, IMO. He'd be a great CEO who is trying to give a personal reply to every post received even if it is only a sentence or two. Unfortunately, he's damned if he does and damned if he doesn't. If he carefully composed every word and ran it past legal perhaps prior to posting publically, he'd be wasting valuable time and shareholders' money. He'd also be more interested in playing the legal game than responding to his shareholders from the gut. Those who are trying to make this into a legal issue are off-base. When he hadn't posted, people complained. When he posted, they picked his comments apart and made negative comments. The cup is either half full or half empty. Many of you guys are really thirsty, aren't ya? Best, V.
