Phil, This is a typical "Shake-Out" by someone who believes TSIG has a Huge up-side potential! Your guess is as good as mine as who is behind it.

If 70 Million share are publicly traded and the rest are restricted the value of the stock is 4.2 Million!

Ditch is 100% Wrong! As you sell shares into the float and there are more seller then buyers the price of the stock drops! ONLY A DUMMY WOULD CONVERT HIS SHARES AND SELL THEM INTO THE FLOAT WHILE THE SHARE PRICE IS DROPPING! He would lose his discount pretty fast! If he sold and "Shorted" other people's stock he would make money when he covered! If he didn't convert ALL his shares he is defeating his own purpose unless at a later date he expects an up-side play!

Ditch can NOT answer this simple Question? How can you re-coup 5.5 Million when ALL the 70 Million (JUST AN ESTIMATE) PUBLICLY TRADED SHARES ARE WORTH 4.2 MILLION? YOU CAN NOT EVEN GET 4.2 MILLION because the share price would drop as ALL these shares were sold!!!

BOTTOM LINE; There are other short players in the stock who are using the PP dilution to "Shake Out" Shares or there is a up-side play that the PP investors Know about and they want a bigger piece of the company!

Getting more shares only works with an up-side play!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ALL; WHO CAN ANSWER ONE SIMPLE QUESTION? If there is no up-side play HOW could the PP Investors GET 5.5 Million out of stock with a market value of 4.2 Million and why would they want more shares?

Phil, To answer your question; IF Nobody buys their shares they could put a "Good t'll Canceled" order above the Market! Market Makers determine the price at which they will "Offer for Sale" or "Offer to Buy", this is determined by supply and demand!

A "Shake-out" continues until they have as many shares as they think they can get!

Best,
Ed

P.S. I'll buy you a cup some day! You really need a Broker to come on this thread to clear up ALL the misconceptions! Half-truths are confused with misconceptions and blown out of proportion! Some of the arguments on this thread have been more than OXYMORONIC!
