That's interesting. I was thinking of moving to Dreyfus but as I recall, they had 40% on most stocks...is that correct? Do trades execute well over the web? That's one nice thing about Fidelity.

As a non-us investor I feel like I am getting a slap in the face every time I see this:

3. Must be located in the US

Apparently it is not a legal requirement, but one imposed by CMGI and/or their underwriter.

Apparently an average of 25% of US shares are held by foreign investors, and I am sure I am not the only one to be offended by this decision.

As the next CMGI IPO get closer I think they will come to regret this decision when their shareprice nosedive following massive sell off by foreign investors.

From the country spearheading democracy. Yeah right, as long as it suits their agenda.
