How did you get the 23 MM number? I am estimating it to be around 12 MM (without the warrants being exercised)

That will kind of mess you guys up a bit wont it. No mad rush for the exit and the possibility of some killer partnerships (with equity positions} prior to the call.


Irrespective of whether the warrants are called or not, the stock will(IMHO) go down. Don't you find it odd that MVIS had a closing bid of greater than 24 for exactly 20 days. Am I color blind or isn't that supposed to be a red flag ?

Not sure what you mean by "23 million in the bank". I only see $4.4 million cash plus equivalents on their last report. I'll just assume you're counting something I wouldn't and leave it at that.

But while I've got your ear... this may be a bit of a longshot, but does the name Casey Wardynski mean anything at all to you?
