Thanks for the happy Fathers Day wish,we have five children 30 to 16 years old,I got a wide variety of presents.but of course the best is their love.Happy Fathers day to all of you too.I have been reading the posts of today and it seems like there are pros and cons,which of course is normal.I think we all agree Tom is one heck of a salesman and believes in what hes doing.Bussines is definetly growing and maybe at such a fast rate Tom is trying to protect us and the company by airing his ideas to us for feed back,the old saying -No man is an island unto himself.In other words maybe what Tom is doing is instead of making a hard and fast rule make an annoucement and get feed back to change a few things if need be.Better to pump our brains then pay someone for advice.I'm not as astute as some of you are,why not e-mail or call Tom with some of your ideas,we all know Tom will listen to any positive suggestion.
