I think folks are underestimating the barriers to entry to set up an e-business. Creating a website is easy. Restructuring the way transactions are conducted and customer service is handled is another matter altogether. Cost and pricing structures are changed as well. It requires a re-engineering of an existing organization and AIN'T easy or cheap. There are a number of examples that demonstrate this fact.
