Insider selling by fairly new public companies is not unusual at all, and I wouldn't put too much emphasis on that.

Generally, insider buying is always much more significant, especially if it is by several officers and directors and at prices above current prices. These guys have a pretty good idea of the direction of the company, though often their timing is off.

savolainen, Thanks for the very academic clarification. My takes tend to be a mixture of analysis of the facts as well as a dose of emotion. I don't think that's too bad though, since that's the way the market works too - as long as the emotion part is reigned in to a certain degree. In any case, I'm not selling, still accumulating as a matter of fact. It seems once again, something is in the works.
