Sorry for not responding sooner, MileHigh. Hagar publishes an on-line investment advisory service. Years ago he founded and ran a tech co in Connecticut and then sold it (I think) and started investing seriously. He then started up his advisory service. I see others have already provided additional information re Hagar. I discovered rmbs via FH, so I suppose you can guess that even as a fairly new subscriber to his service, I have a favorable view of him already! Victor
