THC:

Curious thought struck me on the way to work: Industrial metals have generally doubled in price over the past 15-20 years. Hence, the old role of gold as a protector against (even modest) inflation has been performed by base metals while POG has halved.

In relation to silver and patience - my thoughts continued that silver statistics suggest silver price should now double, and that while playing COMEX options volatility demanded agility, options on PAA or Coeur d'Alene, now that Coeur is turning back to silver, would be an easy way to catch the wave.

Just reminiscences of an old (but good)analyst.
