This is interesting. Apparently Hong Kong wants to keep in place restrictions for immigration from mainland China. People that immigrate from the mainland have to prove their right to reside there and I believe the article says 1.67 million are claiming their right with the way the rules are now. Hong Kong with what autonomy it has would like to keep the rules tight to stem the flood of people that want to get in. What does this have to do with xnet? Well, if millions want to get into Hong Kong, you know they're going to want access to the internet. The internet represents some form of freedom.
