Zeev, Your Assumption Only works if people keep buying into the dilution and the price remains constant. My point is SIMPLE;

If the PP Investors keep selling and the price keeps dropping, they will not make their money back without an up-side play! If it were as SIMPLE as you suggest TSIG could have just issued more shares, sold them into the float and raised the money that way. While your assumption is possible, it is NOT as practical as you suggest. ALL management's stock would also be diluted!
