Dell may or may not be right. Thats the thinking behind Actv also.
Actv is about enhancing the Tv experience even though you may be using the PC to do experience the enhancing (or a set top or both).

Actv is TV centric. Sometimes it will bring info from the Web to you, but you won't be surfing the internet.
