Kelvin, money talks, bulls--t walks. When you start generating $1 million a year in fees you can expect to be treated differently as well. Some days I think the $12k to 15k in commissions I generate each year for Waterhouse should make a difference, and others I realize they're nothing but a pimple on gnat's rear end.
