It is interesting in that it is the second most bearish aspect for the company. It is users attacking the company for the failure of MSOs to provide a robust infrastructure when the users don't want to pay the MSOs to do so. Who's brand is being attacked?

First is Att's mishandling of the community through their fear of reduced future assumed profitability.
