Agree with Dell up to a point

TV for pure visuals will be tv
Computers for computing will be computers
Surfing intensely the internet on TV not a great idea(resolution etc)....take that WebTV

BUT

a new experience...totally megring tv and net into a PROGRAM will be very big. We already have the evidence. Of course all TV wont be like that for now,but select programs/channels(Oxygen?)/events will.

Dell may or may not be right. But Actv is not about Internet TV.
Actv is about enhancing the Tv experience even though you may be using the PC to do the enhancing.

Actv is TV centric. Sometimes it will bring info from the Web to you, but you won't be surfing the internet.
