ED, I( will repeat, my scenario discussed only $2 MM out of the total, I believe of $10 MM. I also repeat, the bandits convert only during the end game, if at all. At the top, they are selling short against their debentures, not converted stock. Once they convert to stock, they are taking on the risk all other investors are, I repeat, except of the recent increase of about 15 MM shares (and I am not sure even these 15 MM are result of conversion), I see no sign of conversion of the debentures, and thus the end game is quite far.
