Zeev, Possible, Yes but Practical, No. The PP Holders are a matter of Public records. Present some PROOF, Have you checked out ALL their Names? Have you called any of them? Have you called Bernie and asked him if TSIG had checked out their past histories! Don't you think TSIG's Lawyers checked them out? If they dilute everybody's shares, they also dilute management's shares?

Your Assumption is still a worst case possibility and assumes they want more shares for some future up-side play! The possibility of a Shake-Out Has the same weight.

You may be right and you may be wrong but without proof your possibility is still an assumption.

Good Luck!

BEST,
ED

P.S. Investors should be aware of both possibilities and make up their own minds.
