<<< i suggest calling motorola, psinet, etc. and following up on their status with uvew.>>>>

It has already been done by others in the past with no results. Only the future history will tell us if any, all, or some of the latest items on the plate will pan out. Knowing their past, the law of averages mean that some of the current items will not work out too.

Joe . . . I have been following this board for the past three years, and do remember vividly the promises that management has made. In fact, I have used this company as an example of what can happen when management fails to follow through on their promises to other novice investors I have come across.

I remember the set top box promise . . .
I remember the fantastic reviews of the Las Vegas show, etc . . .
I remember the "hey we need to redesign the kiosk" fiasco . . .
I remember . . . "We NEED to get this thing out by Christmas" pleas . . .
I even remember posters frantically asking whether "they have seen a uniview" and as soon as somebody buys when, "Hey give use a report on how it's doing . . ."

While it's true that you have been through alot, the most amazing fact that I have witnessed is how the hell this company has starved off bankruptcy for so long?

And yet, every once in awhile, they'll fire off a news release and the stock will jump 20, 30, and even 60 percent.

To be honest, I once invested in CRTM, but fortunately go out with only a few hundred dollar loss.

The gambler in me says buy a 1000 shares at 2 1/4 and sit until then next major run up to 3.5 or 4, then dump them and await the next time the stocks drifts down toward these levels.

But theN I realize that this game called the stock market is supposed to be for the long haul . . . and I'm better off putting the $2250 on Red at the Roulette table at Caesars.

At least then, I have a 50-50 chance of winning and don't have to put up with management that is less than reliable and couldn't care less about its shareholders.

I enjoyed going over the history of CRTM and UVEW . . . and wish you the best of luck. If UVEW does ever become a 10, 20, or 30 bagger, I won't be sorry I missed the boat. I will, however, be thankful that you hopefully will have gotten your just reward.
