Java Tools?

Sun has a software division. Indeed, they have been writing
operating systems, graphics handlers and so on for years.
I searched their Web site for clues as to whether they have a
Java Tools section of their own but I couldn't find any
specific information either way. Now, what about the Java
programmers I know? The don't develop their code on Unix
boxes; instead, they develop their code on Wintel boxes. The
tools they use are JBuilder (Borland) and Visual Case
(Symantech??). Is Sun going to acquire one or more? I do
not know.
