Eric, at this point I am not prepared to even speculate as to what your issues are. I too have had intermittent problems with SI, at times, and it goes beyond simply stalling. I get nothing for brief periods, as though the SI servers were down, which I suspect is the case all too often when this happens. And then within five to ten minutes, voila, pages appear again. Go figure. Without a 'net doctor's tools which show utilizations, and the documentation behind the links supporting you and the other ISPs on the Island (who may all be routing to the same meet point stateside, hence all having the same link problems), I could offer nothing more. I will check to see where the maui routes go, and if I find anything I'll let you know. What are the names of the other ISPs? Regards, Frank Coluccio
