Please Tom,

Call Helen and ask her about those filed injunctive relief papers
and if they wont tell you please report that back to this thread
as I am sure many of us would like to know that.... I don't think
you will get a non-answer IF you make the call.

No disrespect, however, I am still not following you here... what point are you tying to make anyway? What secret are you trying to uncover?

All your hints and I still don't get it... Because of this Magruder thing should I sell my stock? Is that what you are saying?

What do you want me to be afraid of, spell it out please.

As we spoke a few weeks ago... I was worried at that time but
I feel much better today and I hope you have a talk with Frank
or Helen.

with what i know i am confident that this
whole issue does not and will not affect
my investment.

thats all i need to know.

i would rather talk about more important
things like the expanding customer base
and revenues. everything looks pretty
good from where i sit and i am willing to
be patient to double my money within the
next 6 months.

as Buswell said, Franklin has installed the
largest VOIP netowrk in the world. this will
be a great selling point for the company.

i laugh when i see your desparate attempts
to bash this company.

i also have to laugh when i see guys like
IRON_MIKE talk about the lack of big name
customers. the technology is still evolving
as anyone can see from the changing standards.

there arent many "big names" that have yet
committed to this technology. but, they will.
in the meantime, Franklin is building a base
of smaller customers as they should.
