Jubimer, Thank you for this. I believe I concluded yesterday...I hope it came off that way...that the Redeemables did not constitute a problem. That the Redeemable, if redeemed in shares, would not likely be sold, and that the amount of short selling (less than one average day's trades) was not likely to be a heavy down-drag on the share price.

As for not needing cash, I remain to be convinced. While the TVontheWeb etc model is revenue producing right from the start, there has got to be considerable expense in terms of equipment, personnel, and many so forths with the build-out as described. Bramson may have enough money, but surely he does not have enough to essentially pay down the debts he just incurred. Additionally, while he may have enough money do do what has been announced, there is never enough money do do what one wants.
