Hugh, I don't think anyone said that the holders would not short. I defer to Jubimer's greater knowledge in that regard. But I think it is a reality that we must all understand that we are all here to make money. My opinion is that because of the nature of the holders (Fidelity managed retirement trusts for the most part) they did not look like they would be selling their shares (if the Redeemables were converted to shares.)
