Agreed, you never SAID to short, but people might get that idea, since you are a well known shorter, would they not? Anyway, yes if you said, "Hey guys, I'm sorry I wasn't astute enough to tell y all to sell TMMI at $1.25, but let me tell you now, take your 3c off the table before it drops to zero" and you left it at that, hey, I don't think anyone should have a beef with you. It would be honest, truthful advice. I think you made the point that you feel TMMI can be sold here at 2c or 3c and should be! So what's the posting and re-posting all about? We all read the message and understand it. Slander? Really, I told you nicely to get a law dictionary. Did you get pushed through the grades in public school until age 16? That might explain it. See your lawyer and get an education. I'd sue for libel with statements like that, except the claims are so ridiculously pathetic that they aren't libel at all. They are a bad joke.
