This seems pretty serious to me, too. I'm wondering why BW hasn't responded in any way. I mean, DAYS have passed, and that fraudulent (according to DDEQ) press release is still online...

Please, Jeff, explain to us again what the procedure is when one submits a PR to Bizwire. What do they ask? I should think they'd want an account number, right? Did some crafty shareholder somehow learn the appropriate account number?

We can't rule this out. So: what happened the last time you tried to submit a PR to BW?

Jeff, Let's make sure I have this correct. Biz Nuss Wire goes out of its way to sue a company that was not a company and had no shares to sell (WebNode), while it does not do the same when share holders can (or do) lose real money?
I'll have to ask Jed but that seems like a clear cut case of harassment by the folks at BW who sued. Sure sounds a double standard. Worst, as WebNodes was a joke but people losing money is not as serious judging by BW reactions once they were made aware of the fake release.
I'd bring suit on Monday against BW for harassment and a counter suit for all trouble caused the FBN gang for being sued by BW.
The poison tree.
Everything came from BW suing the FBN gang over WebNode. Since it is not important enough for BW to sue ALL people for a fake release, especially when people can and are losing money, there is a double standard here.
I'll have to ask Jed but I think a jury hates a double standard more than anything.
Time to sue BW for harassment. I mean what can they say, "your honor we thought people losing real money with a fake news release was funny but that the WebNode April Fools thing was snot funny." If BW is smart they will do what they should of done a long time ago. Drop it. Your pal, BLUE

Jeff,

John, you just uncovered what appears to be yet another case of fraud disseminated over Business Wire

It wasn't that difficult to do, since wlcnyc was the guy who actually found this and posted it to the PABN thread (#reply-10185436 ). Currently PABN is my favorite "entertainment" thread - its right up there with my second favorite short squeeze MDHM!

Best Regards,
John Sladek
