Naaaa....you don't need that....

If you have IE 5.0 or better you can just go to "tools", then "internet options", then the "advanced" options....scroll down to the bottom to where it says...."show pictures" and "show animations" and make sure those two have NO check in the box.

This Process eliminates ALL banners and crapola....best of all it's FREE!

To the best of my knowledge this acomplishes the same task as you were refering too.
