Sorry to hear about your hassles. I was fortunate enough to have no registration problems. Once you get it going, it's great! Forget emailing them though. They are severely backed up. Call the 800 number in the link below.

The demons of the net got you. It took me about 3 hours to start Qcharts. It would be better if they had a voice to start everyone off. Someday I bet they do.

Grandmaster, I had exactly the same problem. What happened for me ws that I stopped in the middle of the subscription process because I was not sure what real time options I wanted. When I tried to subscibe the second time it gave me the email/user name already in data base error. I figured it was due to stopping in the middle the first time and I was correct.

This morning I called. Jay told me that my user info was already in the data base but my password was messed up. He reset the password and I received a new one by EMAIL.

It seems to be working. Now if I can just figure out how to use it?
