>Ya, I am missing something here... So they now have two tranches of convertible debt? Ok, got it... But shouldn't more people be picking up on these warning signs?

Hmm, you mean like Simms bailing out, their bank tossing them out, two of the previous "investors" not involved in this new "deal", the stock taking a sudden dive on the news, Ron Resnick hightailing it out of there, Vice President Bouton trying to get rid of all his shares... and so on? Appears to me that all the right people *are* picking up on the signs.

It's the individual investor that will get screwed once again, the one that isn't paying attention - the same type that blindly ignored
the warning signs and rode this stock all the way down last time. The rest are probably overrelying on a stop loss order to save the day or some miracle press release from the skies...
BTW, there still is another 150,000+ convertible debt still unaccounted for. We are currently talking about over 500,000 shares and counting (if the stock drops more) to be tossed onto the float in the near future (upcoming months)
