they have been spending on the new u.s. backbone (now a ds3), expanding the isp, promoting n2p, expansion overseas include brazil russia and parts of europe. hj has proven to disdain debt, so he continues to fund expansion without the debt by attempting to use the network with such things as calling cards. they also added employees last q as they expand, after an analyst inquired about people to rev. hj did not do a great job answering the question. hj made an interesting comment in the last cc about idtc having business lined up for the network, and not just building a network and hoping to lease the capacity.
