Mr. P$nk has, thank God, returned. He is in training to work off all the rich buttery food, pasta meals and fine wine he and Mrs. P$nk have been putting away. As for IDTC, He did not need to leave these shores to see that it was a turd.

Quizz: What do IDTC, DBCC, DLIA all have in common?

They were all great shorts going into the hype surrounding spin off of internet turds. IDTC's core calling card business is particularly turdly and management has been selling tons.

more details to come.

Mr. Pink, Management has not been selling tons. They recently did sell some after not having had a period in some time when they could. They actually have done little selling considering that ALL of them are receiving the majority of their compansation from stock options. With the exception of HJ normal donations to charity. The stock selling hardly amunts to tons.

What speciaficly is it you don't like about the prepaid business? It is a much higher margin business. It is now validated by T and WCOM They are cobranding the cards with companies like M&M's and Wells Fargo and they book income based on the wholesale revenue (only after the minutes are used).

Margins are deteriorating in the card business. Why would management sell in into the much hyped net 2 phone offering? It reminds Him of management sales of DBCC around 15 before the round trip in dbcc stock.

One other thing I would like to point out is this: Even with IDT's margin shrinkage a few q's ago (that has now been resolved). Even with that. They still enjoyed a higer margin that ANY other company in the sector and still do. I have visited their offices. These people do not waste money.. UIt is one of the things that allowed them to survive early on before they had the revenue and profits they do now.

Dear Mr. 60:

Perhaps you would like to share a few basics about the company.

What is the total market capitalization of idtc? net debt? Total enterprise value?

What is the multiple of Total enterprise value to expected EBITDA this year and next?

What would an appropriate multiple be?

Your guru,

Mr. P#nk

Mr. Pink. No fair. you answered a question with a question. Don't you think that it would be fitting for you to respond as to why you think pre paid margins are shrinking (when they are indeed expanding) and why you think pre paid is a low margin business?

I will be happy to respond to ANY doubts you raise short of tipping my entire hand in advance and as long as you have the courtesy to respond to the responses.

for now, let me just say that the company is undervalued by a factor of no less than 2-3 based on any reasonable valuation method you care to use. i.e. price/sales price/book price/Tbook. Add to that the over 100% growth for the last 5 years and the internet valuation about to be unlocked. I think the question of it being overvalued, is one few have considered.

You probably don't even know what the enterprise value is. Do your work and then He will respond. Now go away.

Mr. Pink, No need to be disrespectful. Believe me. I have done my homework on this company. I am not a cheerleader who has diluded themselvess into believing their team is the best.. I am a cheerleader that checked EVERY team first. decided which one was the best and then offered my services. I really doubt if you will ever encounter a person who has done more homework on a company than I have on this one. I could tell you just about anything possible there is to know about them including which day each week HJ goes swimming. Where and with whom. I attend the annual meetings. Many of the analyst briefings. I routinely speak with most of the analysts that cover the company. Most of the reporters who right about the company and have a close relationship with the ceo's of many of their competitors.

My track record with predicting where this company is going speaks for itself and I'm telling you. It is a sure fire winner. In an area of the internet about to explode. with a leadership position and partners that virtually guarentee it.

Again in your last post. you answered a question with a question. you now have not responded as to why you said prepaid margins were shrinking when they wern't or why you say the company is overvalued. when indeed by any reasonable evaluation it is not.

Again, I mean you no disrespect. I am just always open for an intelligent debate on this company. I really have never been more sure of anything. Than my opinion on IDT's future and fundamentals.

All brought about by classic due diligence.

i guess we shall have to wait and see what transpires, but at least hawaii is battle tested from having to deal with the yahoo shorts and their inane comments.

good luck hawaii in your discussion with mr pink, we all wish you well as you sharpen your brain and prepare to discuss with mr pink. clearly you have the knowledge to make those that follow mr pink doubt after the last three days if they want to follow mr pink into this short and have them feel the fud that hawaii60 creates with the facts in the minds of shorts.
