What is this supposed to mean?! <gg>

But he would certainly be challenged by Joan's passion for grammar..

I assume you are joking, Christopher. If you are not, let me make a few observations:

1) I have no passion for grammar. (What a notion!!!)

2) Even if I DID, a passion for something is by no means the same thing as a passion about something, or a passionate conviction of the truth of something. For example, if I say "I feel passion for Joe Blow," I am not implying that everyone ought to share that passion, or that there is something inherently passion-inspiring about Joe Blow, etc.

Just trying to display my command of "critical and logical thinking." <g>

Joan

Religions are mainstream cults that brainwash their followers into believing mystical hogwash at the expense of men and women who choose to use their rational minds.

Religions are the bane of humanity.
