Hi blkjk7, It is my understanding that we don't. >>Scoob, how does one that has their stock in an IRA be part of this offering?<< My BETT stock is also in an IRA. I asked ETrade how I could guarantee that my shares would not be borrow. I think they misunderstood me and said that no one could borrow against my shares in the IRA. I think that ETrade was saying that I could not borrow against them, which is correct. It would not be worth it to me to pull my shares out of my IRA account to receive a 5% dividend. :>( If you find a way, let me know. Go BETT!! Scoobey
