the exception certainly not the rule.

Check CTRN, last week they had a PR that said you could trade their shares on Instinet, boy that helped the stock. ;-)

My prediction is there will be no market maker willing to file under 15c-211 so there will be no published quotes and the stock will trade on the Pinks at less than $1 within 30 days.

This is checkmate !!!!
